Kinematic of competitive exercise techniques in qualified weightlift athletes of different sexes

The analysis of scientific-methodical and special literature (results monitoring Internet sources) on the problems improving technical skill qualified weightlifters shows that problem studying spatio-temporal characteristics competitive exercises athleyes at main stages multi-year improvement remains relevant for coaches weightlifting specialists.
 purpose work is study individual group models kinematics technique exercise (velocity projectile in different phases motor action) process effective activity. During research analytical work, following methods were used: scientific methodological literature, resources, pedagogical observations, video recordings competitions, biomechanical structure movement barbell, mathematical statistics.
